Add missing const in GTEST_TEST_BOOLEAN_.

Dropping this causes tools like [misc-const-correctness](http://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/misc/const-correctness.html) to flag GTEST macro invocations as non-const-correct.
